We provide both in-stock and pre-order items.

In-stock Items:
They are ready stocks, we will send them out within 5 days after payment is recieved. Pre-0rder is available if item is OOS(out of stock).

Pre-order Items:
Subject to stocks availabilty, Shipment takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Bags will need longer time due to slow response from supplier, could takes up to 2 months.

Please DO NOT ORDER if you CANNOT wait especially for Bags.

Payment has to be made in advance regardless of meet ups or postage, however, FULL payment will be refunded if item is OOS(applies to pre-order item ONLY).

Buyer will be notify by email if pre-order items needs a longer time to arrive. Sorry for any inconvenience caused thru delays of shipment arrival but please understand that it is not within my control as well.

All items will be check for defects before sending out.

Customer will be notify by email once item is sent.

Items sold are non-refundable & non exchangeable.

Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement.

Colours may differs slightly due to monitor's resolution.

Collecting Of Items will be either by mail postage or Meet ups at Lavender Mrt ONLY.
All prices stated is NOT INCLUSIVE of postage.

We are NOT responsible for loss of items for normal post therefore Registered mail is highly recommended.

Registered mail has an additional charge of $2.24.

Postage is charge according to the weight of your item. Please refer to Postage Rates for respective weight & charges.

NOTE that there is an additional charge for meet ups ::

$1 for items that weighs 1 KG & below.
$2 for items that weighs 2 KG & below.
$3 for items that weighs 3 KG & below.
